Reform could raise mobile phone bills

Mobile phone users could face higher monthly bills if telecoms companies have to cut or scrap charges for connecting calls to their networks, say regulators.

Ofcom, the telecoms watchdog, on Wednesday set out several ways to reform the wholesale charges, some of which could have far reaching consequences.
