Crude retreats while wheat soars

Crude oil prices dropped by more than $1 a barrel on Tuesday, extending their declines for a second successive session as a retreat from last week’s near record highs continued.

ICE September Brent dropped $1.68 to $75.18 a barrel while Nymex September West Texas Intermediate fell $1.67 to $73.22 a barrel.
