Dress by Jason Wu

It fits very well and, although it’s simple, it’s still elegant, chic and powerful. It has a special design on the sleeve and the material and colour is very springlike and very fresh. Dresses in strong colours with open shoulders are important because when I present the jewellery I design, it really pops. I do love dresses but also trouser suits, a fitted blazer, black skinny jeans and heels. It’s New York chic.

Shoes by Christian Louboutin

I have a particular love for nude-coloured shoes. They make the leg go on forever and don’t distract from the outfit. These Louboutins are very feminine but comfortable at the same time.

IN Style

I am definitely a high-heel kind of woman. You walk differently when you wear heels, and they give me an extra air of confidence.

Bag by Hermès

I love the size and material of the Birkin bag. It fits a lot inside, from my iPad to sketches to samples. This was a specially ordered off-pink colour that I got in Paris. It’s also a great carry-on for when I travel between Manhattan and Palm Beach. It’s just very versatile.

Watch by Melania Timepieces & Jewellery

This Louvre watch I designed is from my Paris collection. It’s meant to look like a bracelet that you could wear to lunch or a night out. The other two collections are New York, more business-like, and Palm Beach, which is sportier.

Rings by private jeweller

One is my engagement ring and the other a 15-carat yellow diamond that I got as a gift from Donald on our one-year anniversary.
