MBAs must focus on urban explosion

In the next 35 years, more than 2bn rural people will move to cities. Reuben Abraham, chief executive of India’s IDFC Institute, tells Della Bradshaw, FT business education editor, that MBAs must focus on the business opportunities of rapid urbanisation in developing countries. For example, China has announced it is going to make a huge investment to encourage the process of urbanisation.
