R. Edward Freeman is the Elis and Signe Olsson professor of business administration at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He is also the academic director of the Business Roundtable Institute for Corporate Ethics.
Prof Freeman is an expert in the fields of stakeholder management, business strategy and business ethics and has written extensively on these subjects.
Among his many publications, he wrote the award-winning book “Strategic Management: A Stakeholder Approach.”
Previously, Prof Freeman taught at the University of Minnesota and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvannia.
