Rise of neuroscience in executive education

In this week’s video, FT business education editor Della Bradshaw talks to neuroscientist Tara Swart who explains the growing demand of the discipline in business schools.

Ms Swart says the subject has an appeal because brain-scanning techniques give tangible data which executives can analyse and act on. She reveals that the data shows there is a connection between brain function, physical well-being and workplace productivity.
