The e-TQM College in Dubai, United Arab Emirates - the first online college in the Middle East to specialise in total quality management - has teamed with UC Berkeley’s Management of Technology programme to offer a joint TQM programme.

The Leadership Excellence and Advancement programme will include executive education, mentoring and staff exchanges. e-TQM is committed to a $500,000 contribution to the Management of Technology programme over a five-year period.

There are also plans for joint work in research and publications.

e-TQM aims to help managers in the Arab world advance their careers via innovative and relevant courses. The college plans to work with centres of excellence around the world and sees growth through mass access.
