The perils of excess positivity

Positive thinking is in vogue and credited with boosting productivity, but one academic has issued a warning. Professor David Collinson, an expert in leadership from Lancaster University Management School tells Emma Boyde, Business Education reporter, that excess positivity contributes to risky behaviour. He warns that positive leadership can turn into what he calls Prozac leadership.
