John Prideaux won the Nico Colchester Prize in 2003. He spent three months reporting from Brussels for the FT, where he was welcomed by the paper’s brilliant staff and set a series of interesting assignments.
Since 2004 he has been political correspondent for The Economist. John has made regular appearances as a pundit on radio shows in Britain and America, and as a talking head on BBC TV, Sky News, ITV, Fox News and CNBC.
He holds an MA in history from Cambridge University and a Maitrise d’Histoire from the Sorbonne.
