Professor Ariane Ollier-Malaterre of associate professor of management at Rouen Business School

Ariane Ollier-Malaterre is associate professor of management at Rouen Business School, France, where she teaches leadership, organisational behaviour, career, work and life integration.

Her research interests cover workplace flexibility and support, and their impact on employee commitment. Other areas include how people manage boundaries between work and life on social networking sites such as Facebook.

Prof Ollier-Malaterre is also an affiliate of the Sloan Centre on Ageing and Work at Boston College in the US.

She holds a PhD in organisational behaviour from Essec Business School and CNAM University in France. Previously, she was a management consultant with Accenture and an entrepreneur.
