The Indian School of Business (ISB) in Hyderabad has signed an agreement with Indu Projects, a Hyderabad-based real estate company, to establish a research chair for real estate and urban studies at the school. This is the first sponsored research chair to be established at the ISB.

Indu Projects will give US$550,000 over five years for the chair, which will be part of the Wadhwani Centre for Entrepreneurial development at the school. The chair is the first sponsored chair in real estate in India.

Indu Projects specialises in developing IT parks, integrated townships, urban residential complexes and theme parks.
