Study in Qatar
As part of a partnership with the 2013 French Open at Roland Garros, HEC Paris is showcasing its executive education in the Middle East with a Qatar-themed pavilion. Open to the public until Wednesday, the pavilion will feature Arabian carpets, fabrics and photos of Qatar.
Guests from government, academia, private industry and civil society are convening at the University of Oxford Saïd Business School for a forum that will investigate the relationship between women and the world of finance. The forum links to an e-discussion titled Make Financial Markets Work for Women that will run until June 6th.
Pascal Lamy, former director-general of the World Trade Organisation, is visiting the University of Technology Sydney Business School to discuss the report Now for the Long Term. The report includes comment from 19 international leaders addressing the growing short-term preoccupations of modern politics and business.
