Oxford and Cambridge have been rivals for centuries but are remarkably similar in many ways. Both university cities feature historic buildings, vibrant centres and verdant suburbs. Despite this, Oxford has traditionally pulled ahead in terms of real estate, enjoying higher prices and stronger growth – but its old rival is catching up fast.
