Sasquatch: IV

The Californian band are purveyors of heavy, fuzzy stoner rock

If the mythical creature Bigfoot got together with a few other large, hirsute, ape-like hominids with the view to starting a band, chances are they’d sound exactly like Sasquatch (named after Bigfoot’s “official” name).

The Californian band are purveyors of heavy, fuzzy stoner rock, epitomised by their new album’s centrepiece, the seven-minutes of hammering drums, ominous guitars and spooked vocals of “Smoke Signal”.
