John Coleman is a professor of economics at Fuqua School of Business, Duke University, where he teaches a variety of subjects such as international financial policy and global markets and institutions.
His research generally focuses on macroeconomics. His current work looks at the adoption of technology for countries in different stages of development and economic motivations for ethnic conflict.
He was previously an economist at the International Finance Division, board of governors of the Federal Reserve System.
