Cosmetic giant L’Oréal’s e-Strat programme has been awarded Certificate of E-Learning (Cel) accreditation by the European Foundation for Management Development.

L’Oréal launched its programme in 2000 to help management students understand the L’Oréal business and to assume responsiblity in realistic market conditions.

Additionally, the programme reinforces the organisation’s brand and offers an insider’s view of its business model and the beauty industry.

“We are delighted to receive the Cel accreditation as it affirms our position as a key player in the industry in business management training,” says Geoff Skingsley, L’Oréal’s executive vice-president of human resources.

Cel was developed by EFMD with the aim of raising the standards of technology enhanced learning programmes worldwide.
