Suit by Hartwood

My style at work is very different from the weekend when I like to wear jeans, sports shoes and sweaters. At the office, I like to wear suits and stick to the same cut. They are all tailor-made by Hartwood in Paris. There’s a wide selection of colours and fabrics, but I always choose blue or dark grey.

Shirt by Vogue 2000

My shirts are tailor-made by two old sisters in Rome. They have a tiny shop, Vogue 2000, which I discovered by chance. They’ve been making my shirts for over 20 years. Most are white, light blue or blue and white striped – I’m quite classical.

Tie by Holliday and Brown

I don’t usually wear a tie, but if I do, they’re generally from Holliday and Brown – I like the thickness of them. They’re nearly always blue, sometimes red.

Shoes by Fratelli Rossetti

I’m wearing Rossetti. There are three brands I always look at – Berluti, Church’s and Rossetti. Berluti is beautiful if a little expensive, and the other two are more English-looking. They’re always black or dark brown.

Socks by Calzedonia

What is most important are the socks! I love to wear long socks which you can’t find anywhere in France so I buy from Calzedonia which is fantastic and very inexpensive. They’re always blue, I don’t own any other colour which is quite useful if you lose one.

Watch by Louis Vuitton

I’m wearing a Louis Vuitton chronometer which I bought about five years ago. At that time I was working in LVMH and was only wearing Rolex or Bulgari. A good friend of mine who was in international marketing at Vuitton told me it was a shame I had no watch from within the group. So, I went to check whether there was one I like and I found this I liked a lot ...
