Clarification: UK buy-out exits

* Nearly three-quarters of all UK buy-out exits ended in administration in the three months to June, not private equity-backed buy-out exits as stated in an article on July 2. Research by the Centre for Management Buy-Out Research showed that in the second quarter 58 per cent of exits by private equity-backed UK buy-outs went into receivership.
