Learn more about international business

Mannheim Business School in Germany is hosting a conference on Asian-European relationships. The speaker will be Uwe Raschke, of Robert Bosch GmbH, who coordinates the engineering and electronics company’s activities in the Asia Pacific. The conference is part of a public speaker series by the Mannheim and Tongji executive MBA.

Discuss hedge fund investment

Columbia Business School Alumni Club is hosting a hedge fund investment panel in New York. The panel will feature portfolio managers from several hedge funds, including Moore Capital Management.

Analyse the markets

Justin Fox, the executive director of Harvard Business Review, is giving a lecture titled The Past and Future of Financial Economics: How rational are the markets now? at Ceibs in Shanghai. Entrance is free.

Faculty from five European business schools – Bocconi University, Copenhagen Business School, HEC Paris, Imperial College London, and London Business School – are meeting at Imperial for the SEI Doctoral Consortium 2013. The consortium aims to bring together doctoral students from across Europe who are conducting research in strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation.
