A fixture on the Spring 2012 fashion week runways, colourful pants are also making a comeback on the streets of New York
March 27 2012: Henry Stimler and Menachem Senderowicz, financiers (at Phoenix and Harthaven Capital, respectively) turned restaurateurs. I spotted Henry and Menachem, both Upper East Siders, in SoHo, New York where they are opening a new restaurant called Jezebel. They describe their style as ‘dressing for the occasion’ and note that if you look good, you feel good and you are productive in your work. They state that they are in the ‘business of meeting people’ so it's important to stand out with their own unique styles. They say their style is very British (Henry is British, while Menachem is originally from Belgium). They live by the motto ‘Dress British, Think Yiddish’ and their business is appropriately named B&Y Hospitality. Sartorially, both say the details are the most important part of an outfit. Menachem (left) adds that he has never worn a jacket without a pocket square
