Amrou Awaysheh, IE Business School

Amrou Awaysheh is a professor of operations management at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

He teaches operations management on the MBA programme at the school as well as an elective on corporate social responsibility.

Prof Awaysheh’s research focuses on how firms attempt to manage socially responsible practices in their operations and supply chains.

He earned a PhD in business administration and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Prof Awaysheh also works closely with a number of Fortune 500 companies and is the faculty director of the IE Consulting Project. This is an MBA elective giving students a chance to work with large companies on real consulting projects and to present their work to the senior management.
