Sabotage – film review

Sabotage is a thriller shambles starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Did the actor and ex-governor think himself in safe hands with David Ayer, ex-scenarist of Training Day and writer-director of End of Watch? If so, bad career move. We get a thick-eared, corny, ill-scripted revenge drama in the Commando style, with mayhem and machismo running amok in the wake of a kidnapped wife. Straight to DVD would be a kindness; straight to the waste bin would be a justice.
