Peter Whitehead is launch editor of the weekly Financial Times Executive Appointments section. Peter writes and commissions features about job moves and career management topics. He is also the editor of the FT’s Non-Executive Directors’ Club website, responsible for its coverage of boardroom issues aimed at both those already in a non-executive role and those aspiring to join a board.

keith Bevans
Tuesday 11th June 2013, 14.00-15.00 BST – Keith Bevans

Keith Bevans is partner in Bain & Company’s Chicago office and head of the consulting company’s global recruitment team. He joined Bain in 1996 and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2002. In his global recruiting role, he serves 50 offices in 31 countries. He is responsible for the overall strategic development and implementation of the company’s initiative to identify, screen and hire talent from the top business schools.

Derek Walker
Thursday 13th June 2013, 15.00-16.00 BST – Derek Walker

Derek Walker is director of careers at the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, a position he has held since 2008. His career spans more than 20 years in financial services, mainly investment and corporate banking. During this period he gained 10 years’ experience of campus recruiting at all levels within the investment banking industry. Before joining Saïd, he was director of campus recruiting at Barclays Capital and before that at Merrill Lynch in a similar role. Derek will be online from 15.00-16.00 BST on Thursday to answer readers’ questions.

Donna Sosnowski

Friday 14th June 2013, 13.00-14.00 BST - Donna Sosnowski

Donna Sosnowski is senior associate director of the MBA Center for Career Development at Babson College in the US. Her career includes work with Fortune 500 companies and start-up companies across a broad spectrum of industries, including consumer products and services, environmental consulting, financial services, manufacturing, technology, and hospitality. In addition to her corporate and consulting roles, she has served on the faculty of Stonehill College, teaching courses in human resources and served as a career consultant at Northeastern University and University of Connecticut.
