City University Cass Business School in the UK is hosting a public panel debate on the consequences of changing corporate power for wider society. Speakers include Dan Danielsen, professor of law at Northeastern University in the US and Susanne Soederberg, professor of global political economy at Queen’s University in Canada.

Learn WWII history
As part of its connection to the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School is welcoming Nicholas Rodger, a professor at All Souls College for a lunch time lecture on the German submarine campaigns of 1939-1945. Prof Rodger will analyse how the campaigns were conducted, and demonstrate how his research invites people to re-examine prevailing historical orthodoxies.
