Leslau aims to reach the Max with his return to listed property sector

Nick Leslau, one of the wealthiest property entrepreneurs in the UK, is to return to the listed real estate sector with a £200m investment company that has the backing of Och-Ziff, the hedge fund group.

Mr Leslau, who runs private property group Prestbury, is planning to announce the launch of the new company, called Max Property, early next week on Aim.
