Project banks on Fitzrovia’s bohemian appeal

A backstreet area of Fitzrovia in London’s West End is set to be transformed into a bijou retail destination under plans from one of the largest landlords in the area.

Fitzrovia has long had a bohemian feel, reflecting the influence of the artists, authors and craftsmen who have lived and worked alongside its many independent cafes, restaurants and pubs.
