Chime sports offering grows with Essentially

Chime Communications has bought Essentially Group to expand its sports marketing capability ahead of the UK’s “golden decade” of events.

The all-share deal values Essentially at £18.2m ($29.8m), based on Chime’s share price of 177¾p on Monday.
