COMPANIES General Motors’ Spanish workers on Monday voted to approve Magna International’s modified restructuring plan for their plant, bringing the Canadian company’s takeover of Opel a step closer.
Separately, the European Commission on Monday said it would rule by November 27 as to whether the deal complied with its antitrust rules.
