Italian unions Friday rejected a revised takeover offer for loss-making Alitalia from Air France-KLM, although all but one agreed to hold further negotiations with the prospective buyer on Monday.

Air France-KLM has made its offer conditional on acceptance by all nine unions involved and by the next Italian government.
