Studzinski leaving raises doubts about HSBC's commitment

John Studzinski's departure from HSBC after just three years is likely to prolong uncertainty about the bank's commitment to mergers-and- acquisitions advice.

Mr Studzinski, known in the City as Studs, rose to be head of European investment banking at Morgan Stanley before leaving after 22 years.
