At least 170 dead in earthquake

Relief agencies expressed concern on Wednesday about the growing humanitarian crisis in Pakistan after an earthquake struck the south Western Baluchistan province, killing at least 170 people and injuring hundreds.

The epicentre of Wednesday's’s quake, which struck before dawn and measured 6.4 in magnitude, was in Ziarat district, one of the main tourist spots in Baluchistan.
