Music downloads to mobile phones are unlikely to take off immediately because most music consumers re-gard their computers as the main tool for music downloads.
According to research by Entertainment Media Res-earch, the online music research company, and Olswang, the law firm, only 21 per cent of the 4,000 music consumers surveyed showed interest in downloading music to mobiles, while 63 per cent said they were unlikely to be interested and 16 per cent said they were not sure.
