Hot money brings Iceland to boil

Iceland's currency and stock markets steadied yesterday, a lull in a financial storm that has been battering an island that only recently emerged as an international investment destination.

Investor concerns centre on the huge debt burden of banks and companies as a three-year asset price boom has turned to a precipitous fall.
