Tim Pallant, 43, spent most of his life in the town of Oakville, near Toronto, and has worked for a multinational household goods company for 15 years as head of the IT department in Canada. Three years ago he transferred to the New York area. He and his wife, Dayna, have three boys and live in Connecticut.
