Funds make it easier to get out of the building

Commercial property funds, which last year imposed lock-ins and disincentives to selling, are beginning to relax their exit criteria.

Retail unit trusts are beginning to make it cheaper for investors to leave their funds, while pension funds are starting to remove restrictions that prevented investors from taking their money out altogether.
