Singapore looks to R&D to help transform economy

Satyam Computer Services, one of India's leading IT companies, gave a ringing endorsement to Singapore's R&D capabilities last month, when it announced it was setting up its first Global Innovation Hub in the city-state.

"Singapore features several unparalleled advantages that make it a logical and extremely strategic location for Satyam's Global Innovation Hub," says Virender Aggarwal, Satyam's director and senior vice president for Asia Pacific, Middle East, India and Africa.
