Sir, Taking a swipe at biofuels is becoming a habit for commentators on global food prices. Your editorial on the threat of world hunger ("Biofuels will not feed the hungry" - February 26) followed this trend; blaming rising food prices on biofuels and calling for biofuels subsidies to be switched to the World Food Programme.
