Globalisation to enrich EU households

Globalisation has benefited Europe and could boost annual household income by a further €5,000 per family within a few years, according to a comprehensive survey of its effects.

Companies in the European Union were better placed than US counterparts to benefit from a “ring of prosperity” on its borders from Russia through the Middle East to Africa, the study by the American Chamber of Commerce in the EU found.
