Terrorists put India?s determination to open up the Line of Control in Kashmir to the test once again on Wednesday when a car bomb killed four people in Srinagar, the summer capital of the Indian-controlled half of the disputed state.

Jaish-e-Mohammed, one of the largest militant groups fighting India in Kashmir, claimed responsibility for the attack in a call to a local news agency and said it had been a suicide mission.
