As a year for launching snazzy new kit, 2010 is shaping up to be a banner one for Japanese carmakers. Nissan‘s all-electric car will debut in the US and Japan while Toyota plans to offer an updated, plug-in version of its popular Prius hybrid.

One new model is destined to stand out, however: a Honda that can do 770kph and carry passengers from New York to Miami between breakfast and lunch.
