Bosnia diplomat clashes with Serb leader

Valentin Inzko, the chief international overseer for Bosnia-Herzegovina, has clashed with the divided country’s main ethnic Serb leader over allegations of spying and the sacking of a senior police official.

Mr Inzko on Monday used his executive powers as high representative to remove Radislav Jovicic, a high-ranking Serb in the State Investigation and Protection Agency (Sipa).
