A human rights group called on Abu Dhabi authorities on Thursday to investigate and prosecute those allegedly involved in the torture of an Afghan citizen.

ABC News broadcast video footage on Wednesday night that showed a man alleged to be Sheikh Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, a half brother of the United Arab Emirates’ president, assaulting an Afghan citizen for allegedly duping him in a business transaction.
