COMPANIES Joe Lewis, the Bahamas-based investor, has been granted boardroom representation at Mitchells & Butlers, the pub and restaurant operator in which he is the biggest shareholder.
M&B’s pubs include the All Bar One and O’Neill’s chains. The company is looking for a permanent chief executive after Tim Clarke resigned over losses from derivative contracts linked to an abortive property deal.
