Vero Software, the design software company, saw interim underlying profits rise 27 per cent after a restructuring programme that included moving its four UK offices to a single location.
The group, which looked to make cost savings arising from its acquisition of Camtek in late 2006, took exceptional costs of £276,000 ($485,000) due to its move to a single office in Cheltenham. It also restructured its Italian and Chinese operations.
