BBC trustees claim expenses for Sky subsidy

Sir Michael Lyons, the chairman of the BBC Trust, enjoys an £890 ($1,766) television set courtesy of licence fee-payers.

He also took Mark Thompson, the BBC director-general, out to a Mayfair restaurant soon after taking up his role, at a cost of £119.60.
