Palin bones up on world affairs

Sarah Palin was in listening mode but not in talking mode on Wednesday as she held a series of meetings with world leaders in New York to prepare for the first public test of her foreign policy credentials next week.

Sessions with the presidents of Georgia, Iraq and Pakistan were scheduled on the Republican vice-presidential candidate's second day in New York.
