Deutsche Telekom is considering a damages claim against Vodafone after a court lifted an injunction won by the UK operator that had barred the German group from selling Apple iPhones tuned only to its German network.

Deutsche Telekom’s T-Mobile said the unit “remained open to suing for damages” should a review of store data in the next weeks reveal that sale of the “locked” iPhones had fallen after the ban two weeks ago.
