The book recommends Dominica, billing it as a destination for the eco-conscious. It highlights the Three Rivers Eco Lodge, a cluster of four hillside bungalows with solar-heated water, Exotica Cottages, which serves guests organic vegetables from its garden, and Jungle Bay Resort Spa, which comprises 35 private cabins on stilts to minimise erosion and a restaurant which donates leftovers to farmers to use as fertiliser.
