Double blow for online music file-sharing‘hubs’

US authorities and the recording industry on Wednesday delivered a one-two punch against internet users accused of using online file-sharing networks to illegally swap copyrighted songs.

The justice department said it raided the homes of five people and one internet service provider in New York, Texas and Wisconsin. The people and ISP allegedly operating "hubs" in a private file-sharing network designed to promote and facilitate the illegal sharing of copyrighted material.
