3 to push for charges ruling to be quashed

3, the UK’s fifth-biggest mobile phone operator, is stepping up efforts to overturn a decision by regulators that it claims is jeopardising its path to profitability.

The Court of Appeal is to consider 3’s case that it should not have to slash the charges it imposes on rivals for connecting calls to its network.
